Meet The Founder

Mike Luu

Mike Luu is the founder of SSP, bringing nearly two decades of experience in live production, technology, and business leadership. After studying business, he attended Full Sail University, where he earned a degree in Show Production and Touring. His career has taken him through touring, theatre production, news studios, live events, and church production, giving him a well-rounded perspective on designing reliable, effective solutions in a variety of environments.

Mike founded SSP with a simple mission: to serve people with excellence, integrity, and purpose. Inspired by Galatians 6:9, "Let us not grow weary of doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up," that verse has become the foundation behind SSP's name and its approach to every project. The company was built on the belief that faithfully serving others through consistent, quality work creates lasting impact.

Whether partnering with churches, businesses, schools, or organizations, Mike focuses on building long-term relationships and delivering thoughtful, budget-conscious solutions that meet each client's unique needs. He believes technology should empower people, not complicate their work, and that the best projects are built on trust, clear communication, and a commitment to doing the right thing.

Outside of SSP, Mike serves full-time in church production, enjoys spending time on the pickleball court or out fishing, and is passionate about investing in his local community. Through both ministry and business, his goal remains the same: to faithfully serve others, never grow weary of doing good, and create solutions that make a lasting impact.

    Project Lead

    James has spent the last 5 years working with artists and venues across Central Florida, creating memorable shows. He ensures every artist receives top care, from intimate settings to large music festivals, handling fast-paced changes and troubleshooting. Passionate about the local music scene, James is dedicated to elevating artists and delivering their best sound to a wider audience.

    Kayla LaValley has served at the Apollo Beach campus of Bell Shoals Church for the past eight years, where she continues to serve in production while helping lead and develop teams. She also serves as an instructor at Bell Shoals Academy, where she enjoys educating and mentoring the next generation. At SSP, Kayla is passionate about helping clients bring their vision to life through creative solutions, strong teamwork, and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys Broadway musicals, arts and crafts, event planning, and spending time with family and friends.

    Max Moumneh

    Project Lead
    Audio Head

    Max is an emerging audio-visual technician with a focus on live audio and lighting. A 2024 graduate of Full Sail University, he began gaining hands-on industry experience while still in school, working with SSP. His portfolio includes a diverse range of events such as House of Worship services, concerts, corporate functions, fundraisers, and festivals—including both culinary and EDM events.

    Hannah has spent the past two years building her career in Florida's entertainment industry after earning her degree in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Her experience spans both the technical and hospitality sides of live entertainment, including visual production, event operations, and production support for everything from local concerts to large-scale festivals. At SSP, Hannah is passionate about creating memorable experiences and helping bring each client's vision to life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, traveling, and exploring new places.

    Matthew Freeman

    Matthew Freeman is currently working while pursuing a degree in Audio Visual Production at Valencia College. With several years of experience in lighting, he is expanding his expertise in video and audio technology. Passionate about creativity, he looks forward to applying his skills to a variety of events and productions.

    Parker LaBonte has spent the past several years working in live theater and event production across Central Florida, including serving as a contract audio engineer for Theatre West End in Sanford. Through his stagehand experience and studies at Full Sail University, he has developed a strong foundation in audio engineering and live production. At SSP, Parker enjoys solving technical challenges and helping create memorable experiences for clients, performers, and audiences alike. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his fiancée and exploring new places together.

    Brena is currently studying Clinical Psychology at Valencia College and plans to continue her education at the University of Central Florida (UCF). At SSP, she enjoys being part of a team that creates memorable experiences while connecting with people from all walks of life through live events. Outside of work, Brena enjoys attending concerts, playing video games, listening to music, and meeting people from around the world.

Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, Patrina is committed to continuously developing her skills in the field.

    Landon has a passion for live production, especially lighting, and is excited to continue growing in the industry. As he enters 9th grade, he has already been recognized with an award at the Junior Theater Festival Tech Olympics, reflecting his dedication to learning and excellence. Driven by his faith in Christ and a genuine love for serving others, Landon approaches every opportunity with humility and a servant's heart. Outside of production, he enjoys acting, following Formula 1, learning new instruments, and continuing to develop his creative skills.
